NEIGHBOUR'S GOT A NEW HOT TUB

July Book Launch


Andy Porter's Neighbour's Got a New Hot Tub will be launching on the 24/07/25 at the Barrow Pavilion, Village Road, Great Barrow, Chester CH3 7JH between 7 and 8:30 p.m. We're excited as this will be our first international launch! If you'll be near Chester on the day, drop in for a signed copy, a few drinks, and appearances from the Poetry's Dead Podcast duo Ryan Duggins and Leon Dunne! If you can't make it, fear not, you can still get your copy here:

ERASMUS & OTHER STORIES


In other news, Erasmus & Other Stories by Lee Sheridan is now available for pre-order! The collection contains a novella, Erasmus, and several other short stories, including Sheridan's award-winning piece Reverie, which came joint-second in last year's Letterkenny Cathedral Quarter Competition. This is Sheridan's first work since St George's Day (2022) and Monuments & Other Poems (2022). Save €3 when you pre-order! Pre-order ends early July (date TBC). The collection's release date will be the 12/07/25 (the anniversary of Desiderius Erasmus' death).

The novella follows a theology student who becomes partially possessed by the irritable ghost of the Dutch theologian, Desiderius Erasmus of Rotterdam. To be free, the student must carry out the impossible task of completing the work that Erasmus had set himself during his lifetime: to unify the Christian denominations and restore order to the faith. If that didn't sound hard enough already, the student has other things going on his life that he must also come to terms with...
